Returns & Refunds Policy

The packaging and logistics of shipping a large painting involve time, resources and efforts. It's important to look through the photos of the painting before making a purchase. As the colours can vary from monitor to monitor, I will try my best to capture accurate images of my paintings before posting them to my website and instagram. Please don't hesitate to contact me prior to purchasing a painting. I can send more photos and create a mock-up for you so that you will have a better sense of how this painting will look in your space. If you are in Singapore, I will be happy to arrange an appointment for you to visit my studio gallery to view the paintings.

I wouldn't want a collector to own a painting that isn't what you were hoping for, thus we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, you can contact us at info@jacksimart.com.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for repacking the artwork and shipping cost. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photographs of the artwork for where the defect or damage has incurred and send to info@jacksimart.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@jacksimart.com
